Steven Rubosky

Steven Michael Rubosky, 64, formerly of West Mifflin, PA, died in his home in Cleveland OH, on August 13, 2023.

He was born on March 2, 1959, in Homestead, PA, the son of the late Albert J. and Georgia A. (Mattes) Rubosky.

Steve studied economics and business at the University of Pittsburgh. He was a successful financial advisor for many years. As a hobby, Steve purchased and renovated properties over the course of his life, providing homes for many families. He was a gifted craftsman and could fix almost anything. Steve enjoyed cooking, fishing, and reading and loved to share these passions with his children.

He is survived by his four children: Jennifer (Brian) Will of Finleyville, PA, Steven (Lauren) of Pleasant Hills, PA, Joshua (Sarah) of Jefferson Hills, PA and Jessica (Christian) Wasik of West Homestead, PA; his sister, Tammy (Robert) Cook of Roaming Shores, OH; his brothers:  Albert (Barbara) of Roaming Shores, OH, William (Leanne) of Saint James, MN, and Luke (Erika) of New Castle, PA and his nine grandchildren, numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.

At Mr. Rubosky’s request, there will not be any calling hours or formal service. A private memorial service will be held in the near future.
