Shirley Ann Hill
GENEVA - Shirley Ann Hill, 82, passed away peacefully on March 12, 2021 under the care of Hospice of the Western Reserve.
She was born in Pittsburgh on March 3, 1939 the daughter of William C. and Lillian (Richey) Davison.
Shirley worked for 12 years for Madison Local Schools making meals for the students; a job she enjoyed very much because of her love for children.
On March 30, 1978 she married Jerry Hill, her husband of 26 years; Jerry passed away in 2004.
Shirley was an active member of St.John Lutheran Church in Geneva; she loved to travel and enjoyed the outdoors; besides being an incredible mom to her own 4 children Shirley decided she still had more love to give and became a foster parent; a very unselfish and loving decision that brought her much joy.
She is survived by her loving children; her daughters: Jacqueline (Mark) Brandt of Madison and Karen Lynch of Kentucky; her sons:Richard (Sandy) Kloes, Jr. of Oregon and Ronald (Theresa) Kloes of Tennessee; 9 wonderful grandchildren and many great-grandchildren; she is also survived by Jennifer Richardson who she had as a foster-daughter and still loves and considers her very own daughter; as well her her two loving sisters June Weber and Lois Groeneueld.
She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband.
Funeral services will be held on Tuesday morning at St. John's Lutheran Church, 811 South Broadway Street, Geneva. Calling hours will be held from 10:00-11:00 and the funeral service will begin at 11:00 a.m. with Pastor John Schroeder officiating. Burial will follow in Evergreen Cemetery.
