Sharon (Grooms) Raab

Sharon Raab, age 75, of Geneva and more recently a resident at Cardinal Woods Nursing Home, died Sunday at UH-Geauga Medical Center.

She was born April 16, 1945 in Cleveland, the daughter of Clarence E. & Thelma J. (Calaway) Grooms and has been an area resident most of her life.  She was married to Richard A. Raab, Sr. on June 15, 1963.

Sharon is survived by two sons, Richard A. (Gale) Raab, Jr. of Charleston, SC & Robert C. Raab of Madison; two grandchildren, Mitchell & Megan Raab; two great-grandchildren, Justice & Zane Raab and a brother, Clarence E. Grooms of Westlake.

She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband, Richard earlier this year. 

Sharon requested no services be held.  Burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery with Richard.  The Geneva Home of Fleming & Billman Funeral Directors and Crematory, 323 S.
