Ruth J. Schroeder

Ruth J. Schroeder 91, of Geneva passed away Sunday, December 19, 2021, at her
home with her family by her side. Ruth was born on November 12, 1930 in
Geneva to George and Adalaide Jeppe.
Ruth spent most of her life as a homemaker, where she enjoyed embroidering,
putting puzzles together, and spending time with the family dog. Her house was
immaculate, and her cooked meals were served promptly at 5:00 each evening
with Sunday dinner on the table at noon each week. You could set your watch by
her meal times.
Ruth’s number one priority was her family. She will be remembered for her
devotion to her children and husband. She will be deeply missed by her family.
Survivors include her daughter, Sandra Schroeder of Geneva and son, Jeffrey
(Kathleen) Schroeder of Sebring. She is also survived by one grandson, Jeremy
Diver, of Perrysburg.
Preceding her in death were her parents; her husband, Charles Schroeder; her
brothers, Ralph Jeppe, Robert Jeppe, and Raymond Jeppe; and her sisters,
Dorothy Grey, Louise Scott, and Shirley Manthey.
The family is having a private funeral service, with burial to take place in Mt.
Pleasant Cemetery in Geneva.
The family would like to thank the Hospice of Western Reserve for their
compassionate care, and in lieu of flowers, they would like donations made to the
