Robert "Bob" Stephan Fay

Robert “Bob” Stephan Fay, 82, passed away on June 28, 2023, at his home.

He was born on August 30, 1940, in Cleveland, Ohio, the son of Julius and Helen (Korcsnaros) Fay. 

Bob had retired from LT Harnett Trucking in 2005 and enjoyed a lifetime of fishing and hunting in Northeast Ohio.  He was an Elder at Lenox Christian Fellowship Church in Jefferson. Bob was a friend to all, the people in his life were better for it.  He was genuinely a kind soul and would help anyone in need. His curiosity of animals and history was abundant.  His hobbies included puzzles, gardening, country music and the Bible; Bob read and studied it daily.

Bob is survived by his loving wife, Janice R. Fay of 47 years; his daughters, Bonnie (Greg) Sedj and Pamela Coyle; his sister, Marian (Jerry) Parfitt; his stepsons, Rick (Kelly) Fryan and Ray (Peggy) Fryan, his grandchildren: Nicholas, RJ (Laura) Fryan, Brigitte (Christopher) Fontes and several nieces and nephews.

Bob was preceded in death by his parents; his brothers: Eddie (Pat), John (Pat), Al (Marie), his sisters: Elanor (Ted), Margaret (Ed), and Alice (Gerry). 

A Memorial Service will take place on Saturday, July 8, 2023, at 12:00p, followed by a luncheon at Lenox Christian Fellowship Church, 2610 Lenox-New Lyme Road, Jefferson, OH  44047.
