Robert K. Parks

Robert Kennedy Parks, 94, of Geneva, Ohio, passed away on Saturday, February 17, 2024.

He was born August 8, 1929, in Ashtabula, Ohio, the son of Kenneth and Ruth (Kennedy) Parks.

Robert proudly served in the United States Air Force from 1950 to 1954.

In 1951, Robert married the love of his life, Marilyn, they shared sixty years of marriage together until her passing in 2012.

Robert enjoyed watching football and was an avid golf player. He was a member of the Geneva V.F.W. Post #6846, Eagles #2243, and Rising Sun #22.

He is survived by his children: Tim (Stacey) Parks, of Rock Creek, Ohio, Linda (Chuck) Boles, of Alba, Texas, Beth (Ronny) Clark of Granbury, Texas, and Patty (David) Siedal of Granbury, Texas; four grandchildren: Adam, Mike, Matt and Ashley; and 6 great grandchildren.

He is preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Marilyn and his sisters, Dorothy Spellman and Betty Breckenridge.

Celebration of life will be held for both Robert and Marilyn on Saturday, March 2, 2024 from 3:00p-6:00p at the Geneva V.F.W. 76 Depot St, Geneva, OH 44041.

They will be laid to rest at Ridgeview Cemetery.
