Robert Eugene Andrascik, 93, Passed away October 8, 2025, in the Jefferson Healthcare Center in Jefferson, Ohio.
He was born on February 19, 1932, in North Braddock, Pennsylvania, the son of Michael and Mary (Hathazy) Andrascik.
He graduated from Braddock High School in 1950. Before graduation he completed all the requirements to become an Eagle Scout; the highest and most honorable designation of the Boy Scouts of the USA, an accomplishment he was very proud of. In 1952 he went on to proudly serve his country in the United States Army. He served in the military police stationed in Germany. Bob worked in material management for many years for Bailey Meter Company and the Allen Telegroup. Bob enjoyed anything that had to do with building and remodeling, he loved taking on and helping with projects of all sorts. He also enjoyed cars, motorcycles and technology. And many years ago, he even got his pilot’s license. But what was most important to Bob was the love he had for his family and the time that he got to spend with them. He was a past elder and founding member at Saint Paul’s United Presbyterian Church in Mentor Ohio. He was also a member of the Pace Arrow Motorhome Club and enjoyed his many trips and vacations in his motorhome.
He has survived by his loving family; his three daughters: Lynn (Mark) Spencer, Janet (Steven) Sparker, and Mary Beth (Paul) Brown; his grandchildren: Erin, Gregory, Michael, Patrick, and Katy; eight great grandchildren, and one more on the way; his sister Audrey Robbins and his loving companion Janet Graf and her sons Kevin and Todd (Loretta) Graf.
Bob was preceded in death by his parents, his first wife Nadene and his second wife, Beatrice; his sister, Irene, and his brother, David.
Funeral services will be held on Monday, October 13, 2025, at Fleming-Billman Funeral Home, 49 W. Jefferson St., Jefferson, OH. Calling hours will be held from 10:00-11:00 And the funeral services will begin at 11:00. Burial with military honors will take place following the luncheon at 2:00 in Mentor Memorial Cemetery, Hopkins Road, Mentor, Ohio.
