Rebecca “Reba" (Coffelt) Capp, 81, went to be with her Lord and Savior on Wednesday, January 3, 2024, at 6:20 p.m.
She was born on June 29, 1942, the daughter of Robert Anderson and Bernice (Lally) Coffelt and lived the majority of her life in Ashtabula, Ohio.
Reba lived her life serving others through churches, her work at ACMC, Hospice of Ashtabula County and Ashtabula Regional Home Health. After retiring she ministered to people by going from nursing home to nursing home bringing people to the Lord. No one was safe from her sweet and gentle heart; not even at the grocery store. Reba never met a stranger, she made friends with everyone. She had love in her heart for everyone, but especially for her children whom she loved unconditionally. Her zest for life was contagious, she loved to laugh and have a good time. Her Irish eyes were always sparkling.
She is survived by her children: Daniel “Dano” D. Olson, Michelle L. Olson and Robert “Indio” A. Coffelt; her husband, Felipe Ayala; and her siblings: Darla Reed, Brian Coffelt, Jerome Coffelt, David Coffielt and Donald Coffelt.
She has been reunited in heaven with her sisters, Cora Mae Coffelt and Rochelle “Shelly” Jones-Shupe; her brothers, Eugene “Buddy” Lally and Robert in infancy; as well as her husband, Harold L. Capp.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, January 7, 2024, from 2:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m. with a short funeral service to immediately follow at 4:00 p.m. at the Fleming and Billman Funeral Home, 526 W. Prospect Road in Ashtabula.
