Pauline Parsons, 68, Ashtabula, died Wednesday afternoon at CCF-Hillcrest Hospital in Mayfield Hts.
She was born January 29, 1952 in Prestonsburg, KY, the daughter of the late Garnest & Maxine (Johnson) Hall and has resided in Ashtabula the past 10 years, returning from Kings Mountain, NC. Pauline was married to Stanley R. Parsons on October 5, 1979 in Ashtabula.
Pauline was a cook during her working years before retirement. Cooking was a passion for her, as well as shopping and being with her family was a great enjoyment.
Survivors include her husband, Stanley; three children, Melissa L. Bryant of Lakeland, FL, Melinda L. Hamilton of Austinburg Twp. & Kenneth L. Rockwell of LaFollette, TN; 16 grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren; six sisters and three brothers.
Graveside services will be held Wednesday, 2/3/21 at 1:00PM is Saybrook Cemetery with Alisa Nierzejewski, certified celebrant leading the service. Masks are requested at the service and social distancing guidelines be observed.
