Pamela Joyce Hamilton

Pamela Joyce Hamilton, 51, passed away at home with her family by her side on June10, 2023, following a courageous 1-year battle with lung cancer.

She was born on September 24, 1971, in Ashtabula, the daughter of Evan J. and Linda L. Hamilton.

Pamela dedicated over 20 years of her life to helping others as a nursing assistant; her longest tenure was working for Broadfield Manor and the Ashtabula County Nursing Home.

She enjoyed softball and she loved music, especially rock and country. 

She is survived by her loving family: her parents Evan and Linda; her brother, Brian (Raquel) Hamilton, her niece, Ashlyn (Jonathan) Padgett, her nephews, Derrick (Ashley) Hamilton and Evan Hamilton and her great-niece and nephew, Olivia and James Padgett.

She was preceded in death by her grandparents and many aunts and uncles.

Calling hours will be held on Tuesday, June 13, 2023, from 10:00a-12:00p with a funeral service to immediately follow at 12:00p at Fleming and Billman Funeral Home, 526 W. Prospect Road, Ashtabula.  Following the service, Pamela will be laid to rest at Lulu Falls Cemetery in Kingsville, Ohio.
