Norma J. Carlson

Norma J. Carlson, 88, passed away peacefully on Friday, December 15, 2023.

She was born on April 5, 1935, in Summerville, Pennsylvania; the daughter of Clarence and Lottie (Radaker) Miller.

Shortly after graduating from high school, Norma began working at CEI, after thirty-seven years of dedicated service she retired in 1990.

Norma enjoyed photography and collecting Precious Moments. She also loved traveling and spending time with her friends.  

She is survived by her nieces and nephews: Lorraine (Darl) Fetters, Bernice Collise, Connie Woodring, Darlene Osborne, Dale (Jennifer) Locher and Jeffrey Locher.

Norma was preceded in death by her parents, Clarence and Lottie; her brother, Richard Miller in infancy, and her sister, Gwen (John) Locher.

Funeral Service will be held on December 29, at 1:00pm at Edgewood Cemetery 4011 State Rd, Ashtabula, OH.
