Michael Thomas Kenny was born Jan 10, 1937 and passed away Jan 8, 2025, at the Cleveland Clinic from complications related to Lymphoma.
Mike married Marjorie Folmer on May 15, 1992, and together they enjoyed many years traveling the United States and residing in Florida, where they met many good friends to share retirement with. Mike enjoyed pheasant hunting, was a member of the Ashtabula Rod and Gun club, and was an avid skeet shooter and fisherman. He was also a member of the YMCA for more than 50 years, and enjoyed daily workouts and long distance running, and was a lifelong supporter of the Cleveland Browns, no matter what.
Survivors include his wife, Marj Kenny, and children: Mark (Cynthia) Kenny, Michele Kenny, Susan (Jeff) Hudson, Terri (Kelly) McConnell, Raymond (Barb) Herpy; Grandchildren: John Kenny, Evan Kenny, Andrew Lehman, Matthew Lehman, Lucas Hudson, Max McConnell, and Delanie McConnell; Great grandchildren: Liam McConnell, Evie McConnell, and close niece, Kathy Loftus
Michael was preceded in death by his parents, John and Mildred (Thomas) Kenny and his sister Joann Loftus.
Per his wishes, no service will be held. A celebration of life will be planned for Spring.
