M. Irene (Tamas) Yendriga

Margaret Irene Yendriga, 93, passed away at her home in Lennox Township on Thursday, June 11, 2026.

She was born on March 3, 1933 to Joseph and Mary Tamas.  She remained in the area for her entire life.

She married Joseph Yendriga on July 30, 1954 and together they raised two sons.

Irene as she preferred being called was an avid Bowler and bowled on a league through her 93rd birthday. She was employed at Parker-Hannifin In Andover for many years and retired from there after working for over 25 years.  She enjoyed baking gardening, and spending time with her family

Survivor include several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, her sons, Martin, and Joe; Her brothers Joseph and Lewis, her sister Helen, and her twin sister Betty.

A graveside funeral service will be held at Rays’s Corner Cemetery in Lennox Township on Wednesday, June 17, 2026, at 11 AM
