Laurelee Hinger, age 72, died Thursday morning at her residence in Lenox Twp. following an extended illness.
She was born November 25, 1948 in Ashtabula, the daughter of Jack & Dolores (Dietrich) Hinger and has been a lifetime resident of this area. Laurelee was a graduate of Jefferson High School, attended Kent State University and was the research librarian at Henderson Memorial Library for 35 years before her retirement.
She was a member of the Lenox Christian Fellowship Church. Her interests include cooking, baking, travel, photography, reading and watching old films.
Her survivors include aunts, uncles and cousins. Her parents, Jack & Dolores and a brother Christopher (2020) all preceded her in death.
No services will be held. Private burial will be in Rays Corners Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be directed to the family, in care of Denise Carlson, 1940 St. Rt. 46 South, Jefferson, OH 44047.
