Larry Hill, 82, passed away on February 9, 2023, at his home in Ashtabula, Ohio.
He was born on December 20, 1940, in Cincinnati, Ohio.
Larry attended the prestigious Berklee College of Music in Boston, Massachusetts, where he received his degree in music. He was a member of musical group, "The Lark's" who were inducted into the Rock-n- Roll Hall of Fame in Cleveland, Ohio.
In addition to being a talented musician, he also worked as a driver for the American Red Cross,
Larry was always known for his generosity and he would move mountains for the four girls in his life; his wife, his daughter and grandaughter's. His world revolved around their love and happiness.
Larry is survived by his daughter, Rachel Kirk; his grandchildren: Dorian (Lavelle) Holley and Ranita (Brian Drazen) Howard; his great-grandchildren: Domonic Johnson, Malcolm Johnson, Manny Latorres, Jr., Ameeah Berkowitz, D'Leecia Latorres, Brian Drazen, Jr. and Nyeemah Drazen and his great, great, grandchildren: AH'LAYJAH Johnson, Londyn Johnson, Mal'achi Johnson, AMAIZIENA Johnson and D'Angelo McKeller.
He is preceded in death by his beloved wife, Mary (Howard) Hill; his brother, Mutadeer Abdullah Muhammad and his great-grandchild, Makeera Drazen.
A Graveside Service will be held on Tuesday, February 14, 2023, at 12:00p.m. at Greenlawn Cemetery.
