Keith E. Maddox, a loving husband, father, and papa, passed away on December 11th, 2024, surrounded by his family.
Born on May 17th, 1963, Keith’s life was filled with love and dedication. He was the proud father of four children: Nicole (Amanda Griswold), Christopher, Danielle (Nicolas Sullivan), and Christine. Keith shared 23 wonderful years of marriage with his wife, Andrea, blending their families and creating a home filled with laughter, support, and love.
Keith worked diligently for over 30 years with the Lake County Utilities Department, where he was known for his strong work ethic. Upon retiring, he spent countless hours in his garage, woodworking and tinkering with various projects. His greatest joy was spending time with his grandchildren: Bradley, Lilianna, O'mari, and RiverAnne. Keith also cherished the simple joys of life, especially playing cornhole and spending weekends with his family.
Keith is survived by his wife, children, grandchildren, and siblings, Linda Skok and Robin (John) Channels, along with a handful of nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Elmo and Edna Maddox; his brother, Neil (Suzy) Robertson; and his niece, Christine Skok.
Keith’s family and friends will always remember his dedication to his family, his competitive spirit, and his love for '80s rock and roll! We welcome anyone who loved Keith to join us for a Celebration of Life and sharing of memories on January 11th, 2025, from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. at Chapel United Methodist Church, 2019 Hubbard Rd, Madison, OH 44057.
