June Rose (Booher) Sherwin

June Rose (Booher) Sherwin passed away on Saturday. January 4, 2025.

She was born on June 27, 1925 in Youngstown, Ohio. June moved to Ashtabula in 1960.

She was a faithful, long-term member of the Ashtabula First United Methodist Church. June was a Girl Scout leader for many years. She was also a member of the Elks Ladies' Auxiliary #208 and the Red Hats Club. June's hobbies include reading, gardening, shopping, and doing variety of puzzles and crossword puzzles. She also loved playing cards and games. Most of all she loved and enjoyed spending time with family.

June is survived by her 3 daughters, 7 grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren, and 1 great-great grandchild.

She was preceded in death by her husband, parents, siblings, and her niece.

A memorial service will be held on April 5, 2025 at 1:00pm at Fleming & Billman Funeral Home 526 W. Prospect Rd Ashtabula, Ohio.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Ashtabula First United Methodist Church or Western Reserve Hospice.
