Obituary
Joanna A. Arndt, 91, passed away peacefully on August 28, 2023, at her home in Geneva, Ohio.
She was born on July 3, 1932, in Union City, Pennsylvania, the daughter of Morris E. and Alfreda (Thomas) Aldrich.
On September 19, 1953, Joanna married the love of her life, Raymond L. Arndt, they shared fifty-six years of wonderful marriage until his passing on November 23, 2009.
Joanna worked as a Loan Officer for Farmer’s National from 1965-1990 and then went to work for Richard Stevens Law Office as a Legal Personal Assistant from 1990 until her retirement in 2017.
She enjoyed reading, watching the leaves change color in the Fall, going to yard sales and shopping.
She is survived by her loving children: Richard (Marie) Arndt, Joan Arndt, Tricia (Edmund) Jaworski and Amy Tamblyn; her grandchildren: Rusty, Cory, D.J., Nick, Kristen, Danny, Scott, Richard, Kara, Summer, Nathan, Alex and Tyler and seventeen great-grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by her parents and her children, Sue Hagstrom and Robert Arndt.
In honor of Joanna’s wishes, there will not be any public services held.
