Dean Welser, 61, passed away on August 24, 2021 at Andover Skilled Nursing Home in Andover, Ohio after a courageous battle with cancer.
Dean was born on August 29, 1959 in Ashtabula, Ohio, the son of Keith and Gladys (Mojingo) Welser.
Dean was a lifelong resident of the Jefferson area and “lived to make others happy”. He will be dearly missed by many friends and family.
Dean previously worked for his father’s business Keith Welser Construction and as a mechanic for Mihely’s Body Shop in Jefferson, Ohio. During his free time, he enjoyed woodworking and spending time with family and friends.
He is survived by his loving family, his siblings: Vickie Welser, Deb (Bill) Grobe, Jeffrey Welser, Douglas (Kathleen) Welser, Gary Welser, Bonnie (Dennis) Markel, Jodi (Brian) Hall, Barbara Welser and Jerry (Lisa Marvin) Welser; numerous nieces and nephews and dear friends: Dean Friedns, Steve Mihely and Nick Parsons.
He is preceded in death by his parents.

In keeping with Deans wishes, the family will not be having any funeral services.
