David Watson

David M. Watson, 64, of Ashtabula passed away in his sleep on August 1, 2022.

David was born on November 20, 1957, the son of John and Helen Watson.

David enjoyed watching NASCAR and loved watching the Pittsburgh Steelers. He loved collecting military memorabilia and eagles.

David was a member of the United States Army from January 1, 1976, to January 11, 1982.

He is survived by his daughters: Jackie (Amy) Watson and Amanda Watson both of Ashtabula; his grandchildren: Tyler Benson, Kyle Blankenship and Amanda Blankenship of Ashtabula and Ashley Blankenship of Indiana; his sisters: Toni Watson and Chris Salsberry of Pennsylvania, his brother, Bob Watson of Texas and his great-grandaughter, Iris Benson of Ashtabula.

He was preceded in death by his parents, his brothers: Tom Watson of Texas and Don Watson of Pennsylvania and his brother-in-law, Ed Salsberry.

In keeping with David’s known wishes there will not be any services held.
