Cynthia (Robinson) Ingram, 89, passed away peacefully on December 18th, 2021, at the Lantern of Saybrook in Ashtabula, Ohio.
Cynthia was born on November 29th, 1932, in Englewood, New Jersey, the daughter of James H. and Grace (Bigelow) Robinson.
Cynthia graduated from Conneaut High School in 1951. On November 29th, 1952, she married the love of her life, Richard Ingram and together they shared sixty-four wonderful years of marriage before his passing on July 24th, 2017.
Cynthia worked as a clerk for the Nickle Plate Railroad for five years before starting her family; then in 1970’s she worked for Buckeye Local Schools in the cafeteria. She was a dedicated parishioner of North Kingsville Presbyterian Church where she sang in the choir and taught Sunday School. Cynthia had many interests and hobbies: she was a member of the Eastern Star, she enjoyed crafting, quilting, baking and being a homemaker.
She is survived by her beloved daughter, Cheryl (Lee) DeyErmand, her grandchildren: Brian (Jenna) DeyErmand, Scott (Megan) DeyErmand and Sarah (Stanley) Glasky and her great-grandchildren: Aria, Esme, Owen, Bernadette, Rosalind and Cheyenne.
She is preceded in death by her parents, James H. and Grace D. Robinson, her husband, Richard F. “Dick” Ingram, her son, Richard J. “Rick” Ingram, her brother, James R. “Jim” Robinson and her sister, Nancy L. McDougal.
Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, December 22nd, 2021, at 10:00 a.m. at the Jefferson United Methodist Church, 125 East Jefferson Street, Jefferson, Ohio.
The family politely requests that masks be worn inside the church and that social distancing is maintained throughout the funeral service.
In lieu of flowers the family requests contributions be made to the Ashtabula County Children’s Services-Foster Care, 3914 C Court, Ashtabula, Ohio.
