Claude L. Gaumer
Born 12/8/55 passed away 10/21/22 with his sister and brother in-law at his side. Born in Ashtabula and lifelong resident, Claude was the son of Stanley and Inez Gaumer. He attended and graduated from Happy Hearts School and worked at Ash/Craft Industries for 35 years with his beloved boss “Moroski”. He competed in countless Special Olympic events in swimming and bowling. Claude traveled extensively with his parents. He also enjoyed fishing with his dad. He was a lifelong member of First Presbyterian Church and attended the Interfaith Sunday School started by his mother. Claude is survived by his sister, Judy Gaumer-Schilling (Bill) and nephew Christopher Lowe (Hannah). He is preceded in death by his parents. Private Burial will take place at Edgewood Cemetery.
