Charles “Chuck” Joseph Ninos Jr., 79, of North Kingsville, OH, passed away on August 13, 2023. He was born on December 12, 1943, to Charles and Frances Ninos in Donora, PA. He married the love of his life, Ruth, on September 25, 1965. They have 3 children, 11 grandchildren, and 4 great-grandchildren together. He is survived by their son Joel (Amy) Ninos and their children Sarah Szerencsits and her son Owen, Mikayla (Vincent) Boyer, Cory Ninos, Logan Ninos, Michael (Dani) Cara and daughter Olivia, and Megan Cara; their daughter Jodi (Lee) Craddock and their children Bailey (Christoper) Cerovsky and son Roman, Alexis (Carson) Zaharis and daughter Tula, and Christopher Craddock; and their daughter Christina (Jeff Stitt) Stalter and her children Ethan and Aliyah Stalter.
Chuck graduated from Mon Valley Catholic High School and received his baccalaureate degree from Duquesne University and his master’s degree from University of Pittsburgh. He served as a faculty member with Pennsylvania State University’s Executive Programs for approximately 36 yrs. and was president of C. Joseph Ninos & Associates. He has been employed for twenty-eight years in both the public and private sectors. He loved traveling with his wife, camping, and riding his motorcycle whenever possible. He was involved in multiple charity organizations including the Christian Motorcycle Association, the Patriot Guard, Junior Achievement, and was just elected to the Board of Directors for Catholic Charities. He loved working with youth and motivating them to be successful in their future. He was an early riser and stayed very busy, but he always found time for an afternoon relaxation (nap)!
Chuck is also survived by his brothers Tom (Nanette) Ninos, Frank (Naomi) Ninos, and John Ninos and his sisters Mary Ninos, Helen (Mike) Underwood, and Martha Ninos.
Calling hours will be from 10:00a-11:00a with Mass to follow at 11:00am on September 9, 2023 at St. Andrew Bobola Catholic Church 3700 OH-193 Kingsville, OH 44048. Luncheon to follow.
