Carl F. Malkie

Carl Francis Malkie, 86, died September 25, 2023. He was born November 27, 1936 in Painesville, OH to Francis and Matilda Malkie. On October 14, 2014 he married the love of his life, Joan Malkie.

Carl used to be an avid tennis player, who also enjoyed golf, basketball and traveling.

He is survived by his loving wife, Joan; children, Carl (Mary) Hresan, Tim (Linda) Hresan, David (Melissa) Bagnall, Albert ‘Rusty’ (Kim) Guerini, Sheri (Randy) Walker, Kristen (Mike) Adkins, Brian (Trish) Guerini, Woodrow (Cindy) Bagnall, Deborah (James) Taylor, and Douglas (Connie) Bagnall and many grandchildren and great grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Francis and Matilda Malkie and his brother Earl Malkie.

Calling hours will be held Saturday September 30 from 10:00-11:00 with funeral service to follow at 11:00 at Messiah Lutheran Church 615 W. Prospect Rd, Ashtabula OH 44004.
