Obituary
Branden Michael Knight, 29, of Jefferson, passed away on Sunday, May 1, 2022. Born on July 13, 1992. He was the son of Michael Thomas Knight and Stacy Lynne Cole. Branden was known for his smile and his loving hugs. He adored his brothers and sisters and loved his family dearly. He was a gifted athlete especially in baseball and motorcross, a special passion he shared with his father. Branden leaves behind three beautiful children whom he loved very much, Jaylin, Chance and Kinsley; his father, Michael Knight and his mother, Stacy (Jerry Stroud) Cole; his grandmothers, Nancy Knight-Rice (Jack) and Barbara Smith (Tom); his brothers and sisters, Joshua Searles (Tabitha), Destiny Turner (Joe), Fallon Green (Mike), Zachary Peggs and Aubriana Greenwalt (Shay); he also leaves behind nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins who will dearly miss the love Branden shared with us. He was preceded in death by his grandfathers, John J.. Knight Jr., Michael Cole, his uncle John J. Knight III, and his niece, Joselin Summer Searles.
Visitation will be Friday (May6th) from 6:00 to 8:00 pm at the Fleming & Billman Funeral Home, 46 West Jefferson St. Jefferson. Funeral service Saturday (May7th) 11:00 am at the Fleming and Billman Funeral Home. Burial will be in Oakdale Cemetery following the service.
