William E. "Billy" Withrow

William E. “Billy” Withrow, age 41, Ashtabula, died unexpectedly Tuesday evening at the Ashtabula Co. Medical Center.

He was born November 12, 1977 in S. Charleston, WV, the son of Larry A. & Sharon Y. (McCallister) Withrow.  Billy was a member of Lighthouse Baptist Church and loved spending time with his great-niece and nephews.  He was a diehard Pittsburgh Steelers fan and loved his music, especially country music.

Survivors include his mother, Sharon Withrow of Ashtabula; his father, Larry (Mary Carte) Withrow of Benbrook, TX; two children, Collin & Elizabeth; five siblings, Wendell Withrow of Cleveland, Jason (Claudia) Withrow of McKinney, TX, Theresa (David) Whysong, Larry Withrow, Jr. & Christopher Withrow,  all three from Ashtabula and many nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by two sisters, Sherry & Kimberly Withrow; a niece, Lora Withrow; a nephew, Anthony Withrow and his grandmother, Cannie Withrow.

Funeral services will be held Tuesday at 12:00 PM at the Jefferson Home of Fleming & Billman Funeral Directors and Crematory, 49 W. Jefferson St., Jefferson with Pastor Jim McCalliser, uncle of Billy officiating.  Burial will be in S. Denmark Cemetery.
