William P. Palmer

William P. Palmer, age 56, of Ashtabula, Ohio passed away November 22, 2019.  Bill was a 1981 graduate of Harbor High School, served in the U.S. Army, was an avid Cleveland Browns and Ohio State Buckeye football fan, reigning champion of his fantasy football league and the concessions organizer for the annual Stephen Young Memorial Softball Tournament.  Bill was preceded in death by his parents, Mary and Paul Palmer and his sister-in-law Renee Palmer, is survived by his brother, Barry Palmer of Ashtabula and sister Pegg (Chuck) Maloney of Sarver, Pa, nephews Jacob Palmer and Pietro Maloney and niece Maura Maloney.  A service will be held at Saybrook United Methodist Church on Tuesday, December 3, 2019 at 11:00am.  Donations can be made to the Samaritan House of Ashtabula in lieu of flowers.
