Todd Justin Francis, age 30, died late Wednesday evening at the Cleveland Clinic where he had been a patient the past two weeks.

He was born April 19, 1986 in Ashtabula, the son of Arthur W. Francis and Roberta L. Williams and has been a life time resident of Jefferson.  He was currently living with his girlfriend, Misty Magley.  Todd was a 2004 graduate of Jefferson Area High School and a veteran of the U. S. Marine Corp, serving in the Afghanistan War.  He was formerly employed with the Avery-Dennison Corp.

Todd’s pastime includes golf, fishing, bowling and playing softball.  He recently enrolled in on-line college courses in business management.

Survivors include his father, Arthur W. Francis of Jefferson, his mother, Roberta L. (Raymond) “Bobbi” Francis-Michaels of Jamestown, PA, two children, Carson & Paige Francis in Youngstown and two brothers, Jason A. (Carol) Francis & Scott M. (Donna) Francis, both of Jefferson.

His grandparents, Donald & Beatrice Francis and Donald Williams & Shirley Williams Lyons preceded him in death.

Funeral services will be held at 10:30 A. M. Thursday at the Jefferson Home of Fleming & Billman Funeral Directors and Crematory, 49 W. Jefferson St., Jefferson, with George Kapferer leading the service.  Burial will be in Lenox Center Cemetery.  Geneva VFW Post #6846 will offer military honors.
