Pauline Mae (Wetherbee) Campbell, 87 of Ashtabula passed away December 24th at Saybrook Landing with her family at her bedside. She was born Oct. 1, 1930 in Ashtabula the daughter of William and Nora (Swartz) Wetherbee.

She married Howard Calvin Campbell on May 21, 1963 in Jefferson, Ohio and have celebrated 54 years of marriage.

Pauline worked as a waitress at Ole Kings Tavern and Garfield’s Restaurant. She enjoyed bingo, yard sales and spending time with her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Pauline is survived by her husband; her seven loving children, Linda (Muth) Hoakiko of Strongsville, Michael Muth of Pennsylvania, Daniel Muth of Texas, David (Tina) Campbell of Ashtabula, Howard Campbell, Jr. of Ashtabula, Bill (Kim) Campbell of Ashtabula and Susan Campbell of Ashtabula; loving grandmother of eight grandchildren, Amanda Campbell, Aimee Campbell, Andrew (Christina Gross) Campbell, Rebecca (Doug) Magda, Howard Campbell, William “Billy” Campbell JR, Melissa Hoakiko and  Charles Hoakiko; eight great grandchildren, Alexsander Campbell, Amariana Bradley, Brandon Webber, Orlando Bradley, Cayleigh Burr, Axavier Sanabria, Dominic Magda and Liam Magda and three brothers, Larry (Barb) Wetherbee, Johnny (Janet) Wetherbee and Chuck (Pat) Wetherbee. She was preceded in death by her parents and her sisters and brothers, William Wetherbee, Ralph Wetherbee, Harrison Wetherbee, Marian Utsinger, Margie Sams, Carl Wetherbee, Ed Wetherbee and Mabel Housel.

The family would like to thank all the staff at Saybrook Landing for the care she received and to Harbor Lights Hospice for the care and compassion they gave the family.

At Pauline’s request there will be no services.
