I have such fond memories of Aunt Gladys from white water rafting to cruising Alaska to many heart felt conversations.
I always admired her and her deep compassion to help those less fortunate. She made me feel loved and accepted by the Bannister clan when I first met and then married her beloved Dale. I always called her 'The Amazing' Aunt Gladys.
She will be missed.
I loved her.

Dear Family of Gladys,

I extend my condolences on the loss of Gladys. I so admired her commitment and love for God, Family and investing into peoples lives. She has left a ripple effect that I am sure will extend decades past the time of giving.

I so enjoyed spending time in her kitchen learning the art of her pie baking skills, her tips but most of all the friendship. She was a wise lady and had a unique way of imparting that knowledge. She often spoke so warmly of her family. I know that I will miss her as I am sure many others will also.

Losing Gladys is a great loss but a greater legacy has been left behind in the thousands she had invested her time and life into. She is now resting with her loved God.
