Cynthia Jo (Viers) Kubitz

Cynthia Jo Kubitz, 61 of Ashtabula Twp. died Thursday (July 25th) at the Cleveland Clinic in Cleveland, Ohio. She was born August 2, 1957 in Greenville, Pa the daughter of Robert and Florence (Goodge) Viers.

Cynthia had been a nurse at Madison Health Care and also worked at Ashtabula County Community Action. She had a big heart for the elderly. She was also a member of the Kingsville First Baptist Church.

She was very creative and enjoyed arts and crafts. She also decorated for weddings and special events. She was also a big supporter of the Edgewood band.

Surviving her is her mother, Florence Viers of Ashtabula; a daughter, Delylah Kubitz of Ashtabula; a brother, Dennis (Pamela) Viers of Avon, Ohio and a sister, Nila (Donald) Brass of Plymouth Township and great niece, Aubrey Sealey. She was preceded in death by her father, Robert Viers.

Graveside service will be Monday (July 29th) at 1:00 PM at Hayes Cemetery on Hayes Road in Wayne Township with Pastor David Hines of the Kingsville First Baptist Church officiating. Everyone is welcome to attend the graveside service.
