Charlotte Louise Fisher, age 100, lifetime Ashtabula resident, died Sunday afternoon at the Winder Health Care & Rehabilitation Center in Winder, GA, where she has resided the past eight years.

Mrs. Fisher was born December 18, 1916 to Harry H. & Ida Bessie (Williams) Rodgers and was an Ashtabula resident all of her life before moving to Winder eight years ago.

She is survived by a son, Robert W. Fisher of Braselton, GA, a daughter-in-law, Virginia Fisher of Ashtabula, a granddaughter, Amy Maxwell of Pendergrass, GA and several great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Robert W. Fisher, Sr. in 1973, a son, Richard E. Fisher, a daughter-in-law, Charlotte A. Fisher and a granddaughter, Debbie Parker.
