Stella Zinsky Stottle, 85 formerly of Ashtabula died Thursday (Dec. 1st) in Geneva. She was born April 24, 1931 in Clearfield City, PA the daughter of John and Catherine (Timko) Markovich.
She is a member of St. Peter’s Episcopal Church in Ashtabula. She enjoyed golf and bowling. She owned a ceramic shop and taught ceramics.
Surviving her is a daughter Catherine (John Saetti) Zinsky of El Cajon, California; a son, Richard (Brenda) Zinsky of Jefferson; two step-daughters, Carol (Mark) Bomba of Chicago, IL and Marie Stottle of Geneva; five grandchildren; six great grandchildren, four brothers, Mike, Tom, George and Jim Markovich and four sisters, Rosella Slatter, Alice Paronish, Jane Zysek and Joan Harmon. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, David Stottle in 2008; four brothers, Jim, Alex, John and Harry Markovich and a sister Dorothy.
Funeral service will be Wednesday (Dec. 7th) at 11:00 AM at the Ashtabula Home of Fleming & Billman Funeral Directors and Crematory, 526 W Prospect Rd. Ashtabula with Rev. Peter W. Nielsen of St. Peter’s Episcopal Church officiating. Burial will be in Greenlawn Memory Gardens, North Kingsville.
