Sheryl J. Greene-Shoenberger, age 71 of Dorset, went to heaven on December 19, 2017.  She was born February 27, 1946 in Ashtabula.

Beloved wife of Charles Shoenberger for 26 years.  Beloved mother and sister to both her daughters and her siblings.  Farmgirl at heart, she loved working at the Greene Dairy Farm with her father, James Greene in her younger years.  She was a librarian at Henderson Memorial Library.  After retiring, she loved spending time with her husband, attending church and laughing with her friends and family.  She will be greatly missed by everyone that knew her.

She was a former member of the Lenox Christian Fellowship Church and attends the Dorset Baptist Church where she played the piano and organ.

She was preceded in death by her parents, James & Virginia (Eldred) Greene, survivors include her spouse, Charles Shoenberger, daughter; Shelley (Bryon) Harris and granddaughter Hannah Ranowiecki, daughter; Sharyn (Hershel Blevins) Kolehmainen, brother; Jerry (Barbara) Greene and nephews, Steven & Jason, sister; Gale (Randy) Myers and niece and nephew, Virginia & Randall and five great-nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be Saturday at 11:00 A. M. at the Jefferson Home of Fleming & Billman Funeral Directors and Crematory, 49 W. Jefferson St., Jefferson, with Pastor Randy Brooks of the Dorset Baptist Church officiating.  Burial will be in Lenox Center Cemetery.

Visitation will be Saturday from 10-11 A. M. at the funeral home.  Memorial contributions may be directed to the Dorset Baptist Church, P. O.
