Leonard F. Stacy, age 83, Jefferson area resident more than 41 years, died Tuesday morning at his daughter’s home in Ashtabula.

He was born December 16, 1934 in Letcher, KY, the son of Fred & Anna Lee (Lambert) Stacy.  He lived in Cleveland many years before coming to Jefferson.  Mr. Stacy was a U. S. Army veteran serving in the Korean Conflict.  He drove a delivery truck for Domestic Linen Supply in Cleveland more than 40 years prior to retirement.

Mr. Stacy was a member of St. Joseph Calasanctius Church and the Knights of Columbus.  He enjoyed gardening, mowing lawn and all aspects of landscaping.

Survivors include four children, Debra (Steve) Pratt of Ashtabula, Denise (Fred) Felicijan of Bradenton, FL, Kimberly Stacy of Geneva & Ronald Stacy of Jefferson, 11 grandchildren, Ronald (Erin) Stacy, Derek (Camie) Veselich, Brandon Stiles, Austin & Dylan Calaway, Alan & Matthew (Kristen) Felicijan, Donnie (Danae) & Joseph White and Aunna & Angel Stacy, 11 great-grandchildren, two brothers, Doug (Heather) Stacy in Florida & Jerry (Eva) Stacy in California and a sister, Wilma Mascellino in Florida.

He was preceded in death by his parents, his wife, Dorothy B. (Stankewitcz) Stacy and a sister, Sandy.

The funeral mass will be Friday, 12/29/17 at 10:30 A. M. at St. Joseph Calasanctius Church, 32 E. Jefferson St., Jefferson, with the Rev. Fr. John Ettinger officiating.  Burial will be in Hickok Cemetery where Geneva VFW Post #6846 will offer military honors.

Visitation will be Friday from 9:30-10:30 A.
