Mrs. Havens was my teacher also when I attended grade school in Lenox. I have fond memories of her as my teacher and wanted to express my condolences when I saw of her passing.

Dorothy Havens was one of my grade school teachers at Lenox who made a huge impact on my life. One does not appreciate until many years later how these people, usually women, help to mold social skills amd a sense of morality not to mention how well one learns the three R's. I am blessed to have had the opportunity to talk to her many years later and to have read a publication from her about the history of Jefferson. My sincerest condolences to her family.

I know that this is a very difficult time. It’s never easy to lose someone we love but God promises us that we will see our loved ones again. Until then may your hearts be filled with the wonderful memories of joyful times spent together. Please accept my condolences and may you find strength in the words at Job 14:14 and 15.
